Lung Detox AM/PM Mullein Tea Duo

This is a good quality Mullein Tea. It also contains other healthy ingredients such as, Goji Berries, Ginseng, and black tea, which gives it a little caffeine.
I like that you can see the leaves, flowers, and berries through tea bag. The bags are made from biodegradable plant fibers, so no worries about plastics or bleached bags.
I like the flavor, but for me, it tastes better mixed with a flavored tea, like mango or pomegranate, and a little milk and honey.
The directions say, each bag can be brewed three times. However, the second and third time are weaker than I like, but still add good flavor when mixed with the other teas I brew.
The package says to brew for 3 minutes. I find that isn't long enough to get good flavor, so I brew it for 10 minutes.
It comes well packaged in a resealable bag, and is a good value for the money.

Convenient multi pack of pre measured tea bags. Tastes very distinct from other herbal teas. While I haven't noticed any lung related health benefits, it does have enough in a pouch to steep a few times. A very small dose of caffeine - safe enough for me to have early in the evening where a cup of coffee would definitely not be.

This is a large resealable pack of 50 tea packets. Actually, I believe this is a tissue since it does not contain actual tea leaves. Corrected: Sorry, I see it does have black tea, which is typically brewed at boiling temps. See more on this below.

It's a brew consisting of mullein loose leaf, jujube dates, red ginseng, goji berries, longan, Dong Quai, lotus seed, and malva nuts. This combination is known in ancient Chinese medicine to support respiratory health. The labeling is super clear, including instructions on how to brew it. You are supposed to use 1-2 tea bags with eight fluid oz using 158F water for 3 minutes. I drink a lot of tea, and this is a pretty typical formula, but what surprises me is the relatively low brewing temperature. Typically, this temp is for white or light green teas, while herbal teas or tissues use boiling water. You may want to experiment with higher temps to see if you prefer it.

I got the long shield flavor and I really liked it. I drink tea everyday and I loved how many tea bags come in this package. I like the high quality tea bags that don't rip open or leave floating bits all over your drink. The flavor was pretty subtle but still good. I especially love the goji berries in this mix. It also pairs really nicely with a bit of bitters, if you happen to have that on hand. I preferred mine brewed more like 5 minutes instead of 3 like the package suggests.

This tea definitely tastes healthy. I think it would be a acquired taste, if you like it you like it. It does smell great! And you feel good after drinking it.
